Description of the problem	Purchased the vehicle sept. 3, 2013. On countless occasions the key will not come out. You have to cranked the vehicle again, move it up a bit, turn it back off and try again to remove the key. Sometimes the key will not go into the ignition. It's been six months and i can't get any help. Forget the local dealership. No help. It seems to me that someone would want to help. Someone at dodge headquarters. This is really ridiculous. Rest assured that i would never recommend a dodge, especially a van, to anyone. Can i get it fixed at the dealership? Oh sure i can. For $700. I'm at a loss here. Can you help me?
