Description of the problem	In january 2014 as i was driving my vehicle the gauges on the dash suddenly quit working, all of the indicator lights on the dash came on, the wipers turned on and the radio and entertainment system no longer functioned. I took it to a dodge dealership where they eventually diagnosed it with a faulty tipm. The faulty tipm also caused the power door module to fail. Neither repair was covered by my extended warranty we bought with the vehicle and we spent $1200 for the repairs. The same thing happened approximately 2 months later, this repair was covered by the dodge service department warranty of 6 months 6,000 miles. On january 11th the same thing happened again and my 2008 dodge grand caravan again has a total failure of the tipm. 3 times in less than 13 months. I contacted dodge customer care and they said that there is nothing they can do to assist with the repair and we again will have go cover e repaid out of pocket.
