Description of the problem	This problem has been intermittent and getting worse. Sometimes it happens when we' driving and sometimes when it's parked with the engine off. The engine dies, horns blow, wipers go crazy and lights go on. All you can do is coast to a safe spot, wait for a while ,then restart the van. Today as my husband drove to work, the power brakes went out. He was able to stop but it was very hard and dangerous.
