Description of the problem	I recently purchased a 2008 dodge caravan. I needed an inspection sticker and come to find out the horn wouldn't blow. Had a mechanic look at it and he said the coil in the steering was bad which also operates the vehicles driver airbag. It will not deploy if i were to be in a crash.
