| Description of the problem | 2007 dodge caravan with 37,000 miles went for annual inspection. Found both outer tierod ends were worn out and unable to pass inspection. Van was never abused, nor put into severe service. Four previous vans dating back to 1991 had over 100,000 miles and never this problem. Therefore, the material must be defective. Dealer says it is not abnormal for this early repair. I think chrysler used defective materials. |
