Description of the problemAround january 2011, i noticed a rubbing noise after being part of a funeral precession. The noise would come and go. There were also a little shaking like a pothole when nothing was there and i assumed it was the road but i couldn't see it. I was not comfortable with the noise and needed to travel so i took it a shop. On february 23rd i was told i had a low level brake pad and to return in 6 to 8 weeks. My front brakes were done at 40,000 miles and the rear were done october 2010. The vehicle was near 60,000 miles on this check-up. I was still not comfortable and was going to return in early march, when i got paid. I went to apply my brakes going to work... They didn't work correctly... I hit two cars (totaled my car and middle car). My brakes failed at over 60,000. My lower legs still hurt over 2 months after the airbags deployed.
