Description of the problem	I have had my 07' grand caravan in the shop now a total of 3times for the same issue. The transmission does not shift correctly ... It has a hard down shift when coming to a stop and sometimes will do the hard shift while in drive as well. I was told this would be fixed by september .. It is now november and still nothing. I took this to another dealer to have it checked out and they are saying there is nothing wrong with it. There is something wrong it should not feel like my transmission is going to drop out when i come to a stop. Guess next time it does i will have it back in there again.
