Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owns a 2007 dodge grand caravan. The contact stated that while replacing a light bulb in the overheard console, he noticed the bulb holding unit was deteriorating. He stated the failure appeared to have been caused by the bulb overheating and causing damage to the unit.
