| Description of the problem | My husband was driving our 2006 dodge grand caravan on the highway when the driver's-side, rear window blew into the car. It concerns us because, as a parent, one of my children could have been sitting in the third row and would have been seriously injured. Thankfully it did not cause an accident to which the actual cause (of a "broken window") would have never been realized. I am not sure whether this is a safety defect or an anomaly, but i would like my complaint to be recorded based upon these concerns. The window was replaced, and is not available as the window shattered. |
