Description of the problem	Coming from a christian camp driving on the 5 south in castaic lake the rear right tire part of the outer layer came off then it went flat this is tires 215-75r 15. I show to firestone the tire they did not honor the warranty ,then i had two more tires blown it was a total of three in less than a year.
