Description of the problem	Tlthe contact owns a 2006 dodge grand caravan. While driving approximately 35 mph, the contact heard a humming sound when the brake pedal was depressed. After the first incident, the humming sound occurred everytime the brakes were applied. The vehicle was driven to a local repair shop and the mechanic stated that the brake rotors were wearing before the brake pads. The dealer stated that the rotors were warped and needed to be replaced. The vehicle has not been repaired. The manufacturer informed him to have the vehicle serviced at an authorized dealer.
