Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owns a 2006 dodge grand caravan. While driving 45 mph, the oil pressure and an unknown warning indicator illuminated when the brake pedal was depressed. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic, but the failure could not be duplicated. On november 9, 2019, while driving 55 mph, when the accelerator pedal was depressed, the vehicle failed to accelerate. The vehicle was losing speed, but was able to be pulled over to the side of the road. In addition, the steering wheel became difficult to turn. The vehicle was unable to be driven. The contact called the police due to her disabled husband being in the cold for over two hours. A police report was filed. He was transported to the hospital, but there were no injuries or medical attention needed. The vehicle was towed to the contact's residence and then towed to an independent mechanic.
