Description of the problem	Me and a co worker purchased goodyear regatta 2 tires approximately 2 years ago. Both of our vehicles have developed unsafe tire out of round conditions that make it very difficult to drive our vehicles safely. Both tire sets have under 20,000 miles on them. Goodyear has been unresponsive to complaints and i feel these tires are dangerous. There have been reports of blowouts due to sidewall failure at highway speeds with these tires. I believe they should be recalled immediately.
