| Description of the problem | I have had to replace the power steering rack in 2005 grand caravan twice now. The first time was under warranty at 32,000 miles. The latest failure is now at 75,000 miles. The 5 star dealer replaced the rack both times. All maintenance has been done by the dealer and on schedule. I think that it is ridiculous that i am on my 3rd power steering rack in less than 80,000 miles. This has to be a design or manufacturing flaw and should be part of a recall. |
