Description of the problem	My dodge grand caravan 2005 was bought used at boniface-hiers at merritt island florida in march 2005. I've had brake problems since. The dealers repair shop foreman had someone look at it in april 2005: said he did me a favor; there is no warranty. Brakes shake and abs doesn't work. Brakes also lock. Dangerous. I traveled to maine for the summer. Many close calls. On 11-20-05, after being told verbally that brakes are not warranty item, i sent a complaint card. Today, i'm going to boniface-hiers[monday] and a daimler-chrysler rep is supposed to look into the defects. *jb
