Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owns a 2005 dodge grand caravan. The contact stated that power locks malfunctioned. The keyless entry along with the power unlock buttons were inoperable. The contact had not taken the vehicle to the dealer nor contacted the manufacturer in regards to the failure. The contact stated that he discovered numerous complaints online regarding the power lock failure in his year, make and model. The vehicle was not repaired. The failure mileage was 60,000. Updated 4/01/11bf the consumer stated removed the fuse and the door locks are now working. Updated 04/06/11 updated 06/24/11 bf the consumer stated the iod fuse was removed and allowed to sit for 10 minutes and placed back into the fuse block and the remoter door lock has been working fine ever since.
