| Description of the problem | Auto door locks fail to work suddenly. I searched the internet for people having the same issue and was amazed to see many people with the same problem and the same make and model. Problem can be temporarily fixed by pulling out the iod fuse in the fuse panel for a minute and reinserting it. This only solves the problem for a week or so. This is a potential safety hazard as my wife and kids spend a lot of time in the vehicle and the doors not locking poses a potential problem exiting the vehicle in an emergency as well as the potential for someone to enter the vehicle while driving such as carjacking, etc.... With as many complaints as i have read, and obviously the manufacturer being aware of the issue, i feel this should be recalled immediately.... |
