Description of the problemOne night my locks were working on my van and the next morning they weren't. I called the chrysler dealer and they informed me that i would need a software update because of this problem and it was not a recall. I don't feel that is fair, considering the locks are supposed to lock while driving, making sure the children are not able to open the doors while moving or just in a parking lot, where a car could be pulling into the next parking space. It is so easy for kids to dart out fast and the next car to not be able to stop in time. I feel this is a big safety issue for me/my children and anyone else out there with the same problem. And by the looks of the websites i've visited, there are a ton of people with same problems.
