Description of the problem	The headlights on my 2005 dodge grand caravan went out while driving. Fog lights come on and go off randomly. Without key in the ignition. This happen shortly after we bought the van in 2005. The dealer said it was the switch and replaced it. But the lights have been coming on randomly every since. Now, the headlights went out while we were driving. A switch isn't that complicated.
