Description of the problem	The 2005 dodge grand caravan has a serious headlight safety issue. Sometimes when you switch to the on position, the headlights are off. I have reported to dodge in november 2006 (reference number: 15635986). They asked me to have the dealer to fix it. But the dealer was unable to find the problem because it only happened in rare cases. I knew it happened about 10 times these years. But perhaps sometimes i drove it without knowing the headlights were actually off.
