Description of the problem	Tlthe contact owns a 2005 dodge grand caravan. The contact stated that the turn signals stopped working. While driving 60 mph, the turn signals failed when they were activated. A few days later, he attempted to activate them again to indicate a left turn, but the right turn signal activated instead.
