Description of the problem	The passenger side rear door malfunctions while opening using the power open option. It opens part way and then stops or closes again. The driver side does not open at all using the power open option, only by opening manually. I am concerned for the safety of rear passengers entering/exiting the van and being struck/trapped by the door when it changes directions. It is caused by a short in the wiring harness that powers the doors which could potentially cause a fire.
