Description of the problem	Auto purchased aug 2005. Incident began occurring in early 2009. Automatic and remote door locks do not work on 2005 dodge grand caravan. Removing and replacing 20a iod fuse corrects the problem for a short while (1 day to 1 week), but the issue always recurs. When the door lock is inoperative, the automatic door lock at 19 mph feature also does not work.
