| Description of the problem | My 2005 dodge grand caravan door locks stopped working and when car drives 20mph they no longer automatic lock, this is a safety issue with children. When contacting dodge they said its a software update that is needed. Since when do we buy cars and then need to pay hundreds to have the software updated. With thousands of complaints on the internet with the same problems and no body wants to make this a recall. I guess dodge/chrysler are waiting for a child to be killed before making this a recall. If any of my children get hurt there will be a lawsuit. |
