Description of the problem	2005 dodge grand caravan mfg 6-05 the air bag light was on and the dealer said it was the front right sensor. I replaced the part and found the pin on the sensor was completely corroded off on the purple wire. I bought the connector kit to replace the plug to the sensor. When i stripped the white wire the wire is also corroded. It is black and tarnished. I checked back to 8 inches and could not find clean copper. I know that the senor was in a recall up to feb. 08, but i think there may be other issues involved in the failures. I still have the senor and connector.
