Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owns a 2004 dodge grand caravan. The contact stated that the rear brakes seized when trying to shift from park to drive. The contact would have to allow the vehicle to sit for a few minutes when the engine was turned on and when releasing from park. In addition, there was a loud clunking noise heard from the vehicle before the brake would release.
