Description of the problem	2004 dodge grand caravan se developed problems with the seat belt on the front passenger side of the vehicle. *no answer required. mr the seat belt could not be pulled out of it's housing. The consumer tried several time but was unsuccessful. The vehicle was taken to a dodge dealer but they could not duplicate the problem. Since the dealer couldn't duplicate the problem they refused to replace the seat belt free of charge. The consumer paid out of pocket to have a new seat belt installed. *nm
