Description of the problem | I own a 2016 dodge caravan and the drivers side sliding door lock is stuck between the lock and unlock making the door unable to be opened. It was taken to the dealership and i was told the door lock or lack would need to be replaced and the repair would cost $900 (and due to mileage was not covered now by the warranty). The door is still unable to be used and causes a serious safety concern if in an accident due to inability to get out of the vehicle on that side.
