Description of the problem	In two different occasions the lock actuators what bad on both rear sliding doors for the passengers side and drivers side. This is a costly problem to have and uncalled for on a reliable form of transportation. I have the understanding by talking to the maintenance manager that this is a problem for dodge minivans.
