Description of the problem | In two different occasions the lock actuators what bad on both rear sliding doors for the passengers side and drivers side. This is a costly problem to have and uncalled for on a reliable form of transportation. I have the understanding by talking to the maintenance manager that this is a problem for dodge minivans. This a dangerous situation for owners due to the fact that in the event of an accident you would not be able to get your love ones out on time. At the time of the actuators going bad the passengers had to get out through the other door or through the front exit. This is indeed costly problem. |
