Description of the problem	I purchased this vehicle new and so there was never any stickers inside/on/around the headrest. When removing it for cleaning/putting on seat covers, the air bag light came on. After taking it to the dealership, i was informed that there's a wire connected to the head rest and it is supposed to tilt forward in an accident. Now, this would be a great safety feature to have, but how can it be considered important and yet not have any sort of information about it... Except a tiny line somewhere in the manual. Seriously... When's the last time someone read a manual? (ok... Honestly i did years ago with my first car, but i lived in the country with no cable, no internet... No air conditioning in nc! I had nothing else to do, but that's not realistic!). Dodge is refusing to fix this as "it's listed in the manual". How can i have a safety sticker on my visor not to use the mirror while driving, but yet not have anything on something this important.. And this new. I've never had a vehicle before that you couldn't remove the headrest on and none of my friends had heard of this either!
