Description of the problem	My 2010 dodge caravan only has 20k miles and the brake rotors are out of round they vibrate when braking the dealer stated that turning the rotors would fix it but the brake pads are like new . I have owned lots of vehicles over the years and have gone 50 to 70k mile before brake service. I feel that this is a manufacturing problem and it should be looked into.
