Description of the problem	Many issues, appear to be related to the tipm. Headlights intermittently stop working, as do the windshield wipers(various times, when driving/when starting the car). Car horn beeps when driver door is opened. Air conditioner/heater intermittently stops working (when driving), will usually come back on after pulling over and restarting the car. Very dangerous in the winter.
