Description of the problem	September 11, 2014 received recall l25/nhtsa 14v-373. Did not hear anything for three months, called chrysler said no parts available, waiting on manufacture. Today i was wondering if they had made the parts yet? Called five different times, each time on hold for a minimum 25 minutes. I would soon like to take grandchildren on vacation, but am concerned about this safety factor. Does anyone know how many years it takes to manufacture these safety parts?
