Description of the problem	Tlthe contact owns a 2007 dodge caravan. While driving 5 mph, the vehicle steered to the right at any speed. The dealer could not duplicate the failure. They attempted to adjust the front end and re-aligned the vehicle, but nothing worked. The dealer even changed the front two tires, but the failure continued.
