Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owns a 2007 dodge caravan. The contact stated that while driving approximately 15 mph, a loss of powering steering occurred without warning. The contact experienced difficulty in turning the steering wheel and cautiously maneuvered to the side of the road. The engine was turned off. There was power steering fluid leakage on the ground and steam emitted from underneath the hood. After restarting the engine the vehicle resumed with the steering malfunction.
