Description of the problem	Tlthe contact owns a 2006 dodge caravan. While parked on a small incline with the parking brake engaged, the vehicle rolled backwards and struck another vehicle. There were no injuries. The contact feels that this is very unsafe because his children could have been in the vehicle and injured. The current mileage was 53,294 and failure mileage was 53,264.
