Description of the problem	The horn on my 2006 dodge caravan honks spontaneously. This occurs usually when turning right but it has occurred while driving straight. This is an unsafe condition since the honking frightens and distracts the driver and passengers. The vehicle has been taken to the dodge dealer in harlingen, tx, but the service department refused to work on the vehicle as they could not replicate the problem in the shop.
