Description of the problem | Tl* the contact owns a 2006 dodge caravan. While the vehicle was being serviced by an authorized dodge dealer for unrelated issues, the contact was informed that the clock spring had failed and because of the failure, the driver side air bag and safety horn would not function correctly.
