| Description of the problem | Tl*the contact owns a 2005 dodge caravan. He stated that the power door locks would not operate correctly on the vehicle. The vehicle was diagnosed by a mechanic who advised him to disconnect the body module battery. The vehicle was also taken to the dealer where a second diagnosis was performed and they advised replacing the entire body module at costs of over $500 at the owner's expense. No repairs were made to date. There were no recalls. The current and failure mileages were under 58,500. The vin was not accepted in the system. |
