| Description of the problem | The power door locks on our 2005 dodge caravan have stopped working at only 35,555 miles. Therefore, i do not have control over all the locks from my driving position, and they no longer auto lock when the vehicle attains approximately 9 mph. Our son could unlock the door while the vehicle is moving. I believe this is a safety issue and should be addressed by the manufacturer. Online research has led me to believe that the problem is fixed by the dealership performing a software upgrade download. Therefore they know there is a problem and they should fix it. |
