| Description of the problem | I noticed one day that the automatic door locks on my 2005 dodge caravan did not work. The doors did not lock when going over 20 mph nor did they work with the button in the van or with the button on the key. I took it to the dodge dealer and they told me it needed a software reprogramming - the cost was $100. This seems like a scam that your locks just quit working and then you have to pay. I have read of many similar complaints on this vehicle. |
