Description of the problem	The power door locks on my 2005 dodge grand caravan stopped working. The solution by the dealer includes "reflashing" the computer control module in the vehicle with a software update. Clearly, there is a design defect that was resolved with the software update. Dodge required me to pay for this software update, despite this being a key feature of the vehicle. The power door lock feature is a safety feature for families with small children. The ability to lock/unlock all vehicle doors from the driver's seat in the event of an emergency is a required feature.
