Description of the problem	I have a 2005 dodge grand caravan. The automatic doors locks stopped working on the key pad and on the interior locks. I was told by my dodge dealership that there is a software update that needs to be done that comes out of my pocket. This is not only unacceptable, but a huge safety hazard not only for me, but my 3 year old daughter as well. This seems to be the standard from what i understand for the caravan. Once it hits 30,000 miles the power door locks stop working. This is absolutely ridiculous and should be recalled. How do they expect in these economic times for the average working class to pay out of pocket for an error on their part for some software update??? As you can tell i am very displeased with dodge. I as well sent a complaint to them. Is going to take somebody to die for them to see that this needs to be recalled?!?!?!?
