| Description of the problem | The power door locks do not function, have had this vehicle repaired per dodges tsb 08-040-04 on two occasions. That works for two weeks. Was then told to disconnect the battery for 10 minutes, and remove the bcm fuse, that also works for two weeks. The dealer recommended to replace the bcm, at my cost, but that will not fix the problem, as it has not fixed the issue on the other 2005's, per the service manager at another dealer. This is a safety issue, especially in a minivan with three children, and the power locks inoperable. It is imperative that dodge steps up and fixes these vans, for safety's sake. It appears, though, that dodge simply does not have a proper fix for this problem. |
