Description of the problem	This is 2005 dodge caravan i bought new from a dealership in august 2005. For the last three months i've been having serious problems with my headlights. Often they will not turn on at all while vehicle is not moving and a few minutes later they do work. More then once headlights have stoped working while i am driving and it takes between one to ten minutes for the lights to turn on by themselves. During this time the parking lights,dash lights and flashing high beam light do work. I consider this very serious problem for the safety of the driver and the passingers and my opinion is that this is a manifacturer malfunction.
