Description of the problem	I have a '05 dodge caravan that has the headlamps shutting off during morning and evening use. Sometimes, the lamps blinks on then off, or several blinks. I have had to pull off the road when this occurs, flipping the switch to the off/on position. Sometimes the switch activates the lamps, in others, as in this morning, the lamps stayed off and i risked being pulled over b the local police/sheriff personal.
