Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owns a 2005 dodge caravan. While driving approximately 70 mph, the headlights went out and illuminated again after a couple of minutes. There was no warning indicator illuminated. The failure recurred a few weeks later and the lights remained off. The vehicle was taken to a local dealer, but refused to pay for diagnostic testing.
