Description of the problem	The lights on my 2005 dodge caravan will not turn on have to keep on turning the knob back and forth so many times for the lights to come on the brake lights work the bright works but the dim is the one that will stay on. The brake lights will not turn off when the knob is turned to off and eats up the battery.
