Description of the problem	Tl*the contact owns a 2005 dodge caravan. After driving 75 mph, the contact noticed that the tail light lens was missing. The same failure occurred approximately one year ago, but he assumed that it was a case of vandalism. When the contact returned home, he had to replace the entire light assembly on both occasions.
