| Description of the problem | Tl*the contact owns a 2005 dodge caravan. After driving 75 mph, the contact noticed that the tail light lens was missing. The same failure occurred approximately one year ago, but he assumed that it was a case of vandalism. When the contact returned home, he had to replace the entire light assembly on both occasions. On the first occasion, his insurance company covered the cost of the repair. Both the dealer and manufacturer stated that there was no recall; therefore, the contact would have to cover the cost of the repair. The failure mileage was 35,000 and current mileage was 48,000. |
