| Description of the problem | Tl*- the contact owns a 2005 dodge caravan. The contact's vehicle has been in the repair shop 5 times for electrical failures. The mechanic and a dodge technician made several unsuccessful attempts to diagnose the vehicle. The contact was the second owner, and was advised by the attorney general that per the lemon law it only applied to the original owner, and the mileage must not exceed 20,000.
